     Well what can i say relegation here we come !!!
                            With the team we have we should be safe in this league by now but we are looking like a pub side .But with these young lads in the team who are trying their best we need old pros but  they can't afford them  so sad !!!

Hi i think Bishopstoke is one of the best villages in the uk to live !
      Because where else do you have nearby a motorway, a railway station , Southampton docks , Southampton Airport , woodlands to walk in , The Southdowns , Historic Winchester , The river walks along the river Itchen , Fishing at lakeside eastleigh , Shopping and a new cinema soon all with in 8 miles plus many other things !!

How long do the people of the Eastleigh area have to wait for a link road along chickehall lane !
       Ive lived in the Eastleigh area all my life and Bishopstoke rd is now becoming a nightmare to drive along most times of the day with queues into Easleigh a common thing from 7.30 am - 7.30 pm .
  There is a cycle lane most of the way along but i think only the brave will try this also how many carbon emissions are there coming from the cars as the battle their way into Easleigh .
    Come on Hmpshire council and Easleigh council get a grip and sort it soon before you destroy not only the environment but lost of trade to the local business .

Southampton council are thinking about putting up wind turbines.
         The site has yet to be decided but will cost around 2 million pounds each is this really the way to go !
To some people they look nice but to others they are an eyesore . I'm wondering with all the water in the solent surely there is a better way to produce energy for the Southampton area.
Please let me know your comments on this

Its coming to a very exiting time in the southampton area with cowes week and the southampton boat show just around the courner !
Southampton port continues to suprise me with the amount of cruise liners that are arriving each mouth and how each one seens to get larger .With the new cruise liner Genisis being built and arriving next year something i will have to get my camera out for  . Ive also noticed that the standard of pop groups playing in the area is getting better and is catering for all tastes ,We have just had Neil Diamond playing a fab gig at the rose bowl and REM playing their soon . Also BON JOVI playing at st marys earlier this month with what was a true rocking gig .

Ive just added some photos of around winchester uk the weather was cloudy and starting to rain a loverly summers day in the uk !!
The river itchen passes through the city of Winchester and onwards towards southampton about seven miles away . At one time Winchester was the capitial of England (wessex) and is full of history from the Roman times . There is plenty to see in this old city which includes the most pubs in uk ,The Royal oak being the oldest .

Its going to be a sad day soon when the QE2 finally steams up the river ITCHEN for the last time !
